2. Custom Orders & Payment Policy
All garments are handmade to order. To begin production:
50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of ordering.
Remaining 50% balance must be paid before the dress is shipped.
Orders will not enter production until the initial deposit is received. If final payment is not completed within 14 days after notification of completion, your order may be canceled, and the deposit forfeited.
3. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Because our items are made to order:
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective or made incorrectly.
Refunds or replacements for defective items are offered at our discretion and must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. We aim to dispatch completed orders within the timeline provided at order confirmation, following receipt of final payment. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.
5. Privacy & Data Use
Shem’s Dresses collects personal data (such as your name, address, and payment details) for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order and customer service communication.
By using our site, you consent to the collection and limited use of your information for operational purposes, which may include:
